HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

1. Consult the trade-in credit table below.
2. Decide which TI/Simatic products you have available for trade-in and which new CTI products you wish to purchase.
3. Contact CTI or your CTI Preferred Automation Partner (click HERE to find your distributor)
4. Order and take delivery of your new 2500 Series Processor
5. Return your old TI/Simatic Processor within the trade-in deadline, if applicable, to receive your credit.
6. Get 15 to 27% discount depending on the model you trade in.

SPECIAL PROGRAM TERMS

1. Orders must be placed through CTI or an authorized CTI Preferred Automation Partner
2. Trade-in product must be returned to CTI by the trade-in deadline (60 days from the date CTI ships out new products)
3. You must specify “Smart Modernization Trade Up and Save Program” and the product to be traded at the time of order
4. Only one product can be traded in for each new CTI Product
5. Products traded in must be in working condition
6. Promotions do not apply to previous sales
7. The Smart Modernization Trade Up and Save Program begins on June 22, 2026, and expires on November 30, 2026.
